Middle Earth is a long-term photographic series in which I explore landscape as an inner space. I photographed the landscape over several years, across all seasons, in a Czech region of volcanic origin.

The series was produced using color negative and black-and-white film, combining analog photographic material with digital post-production. I do not approach the landscape as a document, but as a contemplative space where the visible world becomes a reflection of inner experience. The photographs emphasize silence, horizon, and subtle tonal shifts, inviting slow and attentive viewing.
